Method
  1. Grind corn, capsicum without water.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and make into small tikkis.
  3. You can freeze the tikkis and deep fry when required.

1 cup - corn kennels
1/4 cup - capsicum cut
3 tbsp - dhania chopped
1/4 cup - rice flour or as required
