Method
- Soak the rice for 1 hour and grind the rice and add salt and chilli garlic paste to it.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes and add cucumber to it.
- Take a spoonful of this batter and spread it on a hot pan.
- Top some butter on it and peel it off the pan.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice
2 - cucumbers, grated
1 tsp - chilli garlic paste
1/4 cup - chopped coriander
salt to taste
