Lime Pickle

Method
  1. Cut the lime in four, fill with salt and keep in the sun for 4-5 days till soft.
  2. Then make a paste of the chilly and turmeric powder with the lemon juice and fill into the lime.
  3. Pour the rest of the juice in the jar with the lime.
  4. Keep in the sun for another week till pickled.
  5. This pickle should be eaten quickly as it does not keep too long.
Ingredients:
30 - lime
the juice of another 30 lime
4 tbsp - chilly powder
2 tbsp - turmeric
salt
