Method
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Add sugar and cook in a heavy bottomed vessel on a low flame. Stir continuously.
  3. When the mixture thickens add little lime juice and mix well.
  4. Cook for few more minutes.
  5. Cool and store in dry sterised bottles.
Ingredients:
6 - alphonso mangoes
800 g - sugar
2 - lemons juice
