Cabbage Sprouts

Method
  1. Heat oil in the pan
  2. Add chopped onion
  3. When the onion turns brown, add tomato puree
  4. Add salt all the spices, mix well till the bubbles are formed
  5. Add the shredded cabbage, sprouts and coriander leaves
  6. Mix well cover with lid and cook tiil tender, add water if required
  7. Enjoy with Roti
  8. A low choloestrol healthy vegetable
Ingredients:
250g - shredded cabbage leaves
100g - sprouted moong
1 - onion
1 - tomato
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - red chilli powder
2 tsp - dhania jeera powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
Oil for cooking
1 cup - coriander leaves
