Ingredients:
3 cup - green plantain, peeled and cut into 1/2 cm cubes
1 cup - onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup - grated coconut
4 - green chillies
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
3 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard seeds
2 tsp - black gram (urad) dal
2 tsp - bengal gram (chana) dal
2 - dry red chillies, broken into pieces
few curry leaves
1 tsp - garlic, minced
salt to taste
