South Sea Noodles

Method
  1. Boil the noodles with salt in water for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. To separate the noodles, you can add 1 tsp oil to the boiling water.
  3. Drain the excess water and place the noodles on a flat plate.
  4. Line the noodles with a little oil.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil on a pan.
  6. Add chopped garlic and stir for a minute.
  7. Then add the shredded vegetables, monosodium glutamate, soya sauce, sambhar powder, vinegar and chilli paste.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minute. Add the corn flour paste and mix finely into the vegetables.
  9. Now take the noodles in a huge bowl and toss them with the vegetable preparation and serve.
Ingredients:
200 g - soya noodles
100 ml - cooking oil
200 g - vegetables, shredded (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, red/yellow pepper, onion, black mushroom)
1 tsp - garlic, chopped
a pinch - monosodium glutamate
1 tsp - soya sauce
1 tsp - sambhar powder
1/2 tsp - vinegar
1 tsp - red chilli paste
2 tbsp - corn flour (mixed with 1/2 cup water)
salt to taste
