Soya Gram Flour Burfi

Method
  1. Roast gram flour in a thick bottom pan with 1 tbsp of ghee or soya oil.
  2. Mix it with grated tofu in a glass bowl.
  3. Add other things blend in a mixer.
  4. Spread this mixture by applying little milk on a thali.
  5. Flatten the mixture and cut out burfis.
Ingredients:
4 or 100 g - soya tofus, grated
50 g - gram flour
2 tsp - white flour
80 g - sugar
5 - wall nuts, crushed in to powder
1 tsp - sweet cardamom powder
1 tbsp - ghee
