Method
  1. Soak channa dal & soya granules for 1 hour.
  2. Wash channa dal and cook with all the remaining ingredient, in a pressure cooker upto 3 whistles and 10 minutes on sim.
  3. Dry up any water that is left.
  4. Grind mixture to a coarse paste.
  5. Make tikkis and shallow fry.
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.
Ingredients:
1 cup - soya granules
1 cup - channa dal
1 cup - bread crumbs
1/2 cup - chopped dhania leaves
1/2 cup - mint leaves
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 - onion chopped
3 - green chillies chopped
1 tsp - garam masala
oil for frying
