Method
  1. Heat 50 ml. of ghee in a wok and pa-fry the dal till done.
  2. Cool it down and powder it.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadai and add wheat flour and cook.
  4. Add khoya and castor sugar and cook for a while.
  5. Add the dal mixture and continue stirring.
  6. Mix well and add the cardamom powder.
  7. Remove from the fire and shape the mixture into small oblong pieces,

100g Wheat flour
250g Urad dal
100g Moong dal
350g Ghee
200g Khoya
350g Castor sugar
5g Cardamom powder
