Method
- Wash and keep red gram in a pressure cooker.
- Add 1 cup of water to be boiled.
- Keep it for 15 minutes and then smash it
- Dhal is ready to be served. Serve it with ghee.
Optional: Cumin seeds and green chillies can be added according to taste.
