The Cook and Dine event at the Rhapsody, Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai saw Executive Chef Amit created some delectable Awadhi recipes like Murgh Awadhi Korma, Aloo Bukhara, Ajwaini Tawa fish and Lehsuni Makkai Palak with carefully chosen ingredients for the guests.
The event had a special surprise in store for the attendees this month. The guests were invited to a competition where the cooking ingredients and all necessary requirements to prepare the exquisite dishes were given to them.
J. Ushadevi and Charlotte Oke, whose creations were chosen winners by Chef Amit, won a 30% off on lunch at Paprika for a month.
