Saffron Bay, the new eatery with a versatile space spanning three floors comprising an imperial Indian restaurant, a multi cuisine banquet area and a soon to be launched alfresco roof bar, was launched on 17 August.

The launch was graced by several of Mumbai`s entertainment fraternity including Dino Morea, Ira Dubey, Nandita Mahtani, Angad Bedi, Sameer Malhotra, Imtiaz Khatri, Rajeev Samant,Vicky Goswami, Asha Sachdev and Nicolo Morea.

The entertainment for the evening was provided by Mr Soumesh Mathure`s live music.

Chef Nirmal Noel Monteiro put together an exquisite menu, which complemented the gastronomic values of the guests.

Located at the Chowpatty Seaface, Saffron Bay operates from 12 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 1.00 a.m daily.
