Chef Easo has been in the Food & Beverages industry for nearly twenty two years now. He started his career as a trainee Chef at Taj President, Mumbai. This was followed by a short stint at Bangkok where he spent time learning extensively about the nuances of Thai food. On his return to India, he worked with Thai Pavilion at Taj President; at Taj Blue diamond, Pune as Executive Chef and at Taj Sheba, Yemen before returning to India to take up his position at Taj Mount Road.
