Peeler :
This is a simple knifelike gadget, which aids peeling skins of practically any type of vegetable, and even some firm fruit like mango, papaya, etc. One can use this to make chocolate curls used for decorating cakes, pastries and puddings.
Corer :
This is the opposite of a peeler. It helps scrape out the insides of a vegetable keeping the outside walls intact. A very small corer can be used to carve out marble sized balls of watermelons, cantaloupes, and mangoes, etc. for decorating or mixing with display oriented dishes.
Slicer :
This is a rectangular frame of a set of fixed blades, serrated on one side, and a handle fixed on one side. One can place a tomato, potato, cucumber, etc. on the serrated side, and slide it over the frame, so that the slices get cut simultaneously and you have a sliced vegetable in seconds.
