4 tablespoons - vegetable oil

5 - medium sized tomatoes
Spices and sauces as per one�s taste desires
1/2 teaspoon - chopped parsley
Salt to taste

1/2 - onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon - sage or chives

Ingedients:
1cup - chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup - fresh lime juice
4 cups - water
Artificial sweetener, as per requirement

Method:
Cheese Potato with Broccoli
Ingedients:
3 - baked potatoes
2 teaspoons - margarine
2 teaspoons - corn starch
1/2 cup - skim milk
1/2 teaspoon - dry mustard
Grated cheddar cheese
Steamed broccoli
