Chennai: The best of Rhapsody is the theme of this month`s Cook and Dine session at Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai.
Chef Paul, Courtyard Marriott`s very own expert Italian chef demonstrates some well guarded Rhapsody food secrets. Chicken scaloppini with mushroom and truffle scented mash, Pear and Arugula salad with tomato and scarmoza bruschetta are some of the dishes that Chef Paul will demonstrate.
The event is scheduled for 31 August and will cost Rs. 750 nett which is inclusive of lunch at Paprika.
