Chef James is a veteran with almost 40 years of experience. Besides seafood, his new menu offers chicken, pork and more dishes inspired by Chinese cuisine.
Choose from starters like Pan Fried Chicken Dumplings, Salt & Pepper Prawns and Stir Fried Soft Shell Crab with Dry Garlic and Chilli and salads like Marinated Chicken with Peanut Sauce.
Soups such as Double Boiled Carrot and Raddish Soup with Pork Ribs and Fish Clear Soup with Coriander in Egg Broth are also on offer.
The main course comprises dishes like Pan Fried Egg Omelet with Prawns and Chicken, Braised Prawns with Pumpkin and Deep Fried Chicken marinated with Fine Shrimp Sauce.
