Rhapsody, the all day dining restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai will get a breath of fresh air with a re-vamped Italian menu starting 17 August.

Chef Girish has lined up a sumptuous feast for every mood and occasion of the Italian food lover.

The menu will include anti pasti like Prosciutto di Parma mozzarella avvolto confit con pepe e aceto balsamico invecchiato, a unique combination of Parma ham wrapped mozzarella with pepper confit and aged balsamic; pasta and risotto like Tradizionale spaghetti alla carbonara con pancetta croccante, a traditional spaghetti carbonara with pancetta crisp.

Carni, secondi and verdure like Cannella e petto d`anatra al miele al forno, patate novelle al forno con sugo di vino rosso e lampone which is cinnamon and honey basted duck breast, roasted baby potatoes with raspberry and red wine jus are also on the menu.

Top the main course with some Italian desserts like Cannoli con frutta candita e salsa di vaniglia, Cannoli with candied fruits and vanilla bean sauce.
