`Southern Aroma`, the South Indian specialty restaurant at The Residency Towers presents `The Southern Fare with Chef Damu.` Chef Damodaran, will be in action from November 8 to 20, dishing out the best cuisines from the four Southern States - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Homemade spices and minimum ingredients will lend a unique flavor to all the dishes featured in the festival.

Chef Damu will prepare the favourite dishes of the diners in front of them for dinner everyday and on Sunday, for both lunch and dinner. He will also answer their queries. The menu will feature dishes like Mutton Cashew Sukha, Prawn Pepper Masala, South Indian Chili Fish, Mushroom Pepper Fry, Murungai Parupu Mango masala, Khnol Khol Chops, Siru Urulai Varuval.
