The best of Paprika Western was the theme of this month`s Cook and Dine session at Courtyard by Marriott.
Chef Dev, Courtyard Marriott`s sous chef, demonstrated some well guarded Paprika food secrets. Pan seared herb crusted basa with crushed new potatoes, Penne Puttenesca and Tuna Salad Nicoise were some of the dishes that Chef Dev had lined up for the guests.
The guests were split into groups and made to cook a dish chosen by Chef Dev. The winning team won themselves a whopping 30% off for one whole month at Paprika!
