Cherukuri_says :Mawa is made by condensing milk which we use for pedas, milk burfies and also in some curries like shahi paneer, yes milk powder is all most similar to mawa. I am using milk powder for making some burfies and Gulab jamun with milk powder only hear in UAE.

Manmeet Singh_says :To make the gravy, take corn flour and mix with water. Add this to the chilli chicken at the end and just stir for some moments. You can make as much gravy as you want.
Aditi_says :Cut chicken into small pieces. Boil the pieces in water. Drain water from chicken. Make a paste with tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, corn flour and aginomoto. Wrap the chicken pieces with the paste & fry. Drain oil & keep aside. Make another batter as made earlier and add small pieces of onion, garlic, chillies, salt and capsicum. Boil d batter 4 few minutes, till thick now put d fried chicken pieces into it and stir 4 few minutes. Garnish if required.
Reena Singh_says :Marinate boneless chicken with garlic paste, soya-sauce and vinegar. After 45 min make a paste of corn flour, pinch of salt and maida. Mix the chicken with corn flour and maida paste and deep fry the chicken. Now for gravy heat oil and add sliced onion, capsicum, white pepper, black pepper, corn flour, salt, maida paste and chicken stock. Remember to add salt in the gravy but of very small amount. Then add fried chicken in the gravy.

Cherukuri_says :Hai ankita, what I make chilli chicken with gravy is like this clean and wash bone less chicken pieces in a bowl, beat one egg, add salt and pepper, soya sauce, 1 tsp corn flour, chilli sauce, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste if you can add a pinch ajinamoto. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for an 1/2hour. Then take 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken pieces and cook them till they are cooked. Then remove chicken pieces, add 1 tsp oil to the pan add chopped garlic, 2 chopped green chillis, chopped spring onion. Mix all the time now adds 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce. Keep mixing, take1tsp corn flour in a bowl mix with water and add this to curry. Mix well and remove from stove sprinkle spring onion. If you want more gravy add some more water fry some whole green chillis with a slit on it. Add this to curry. Don’t throw the remaining marination you can add this to soups or scramble it and mix with rice.
Sailesh Gupta_says :Take boneless chicken, marinate it with soya sauce, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, ajinomotto, vinegar, a pinch of salt, one egg, corn flour & wheat flour 2:2 portion. Deep fry the marinated chicken and keep aside for the sauce. You first need to heat the oil add chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, onion and capsicum cubes. Saute for a minute, add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce (optional), salt about pinch. Now add water depending how much gravies you want now add corn flour about 1 to 2 tbsp to thicken the gravy, add chicken ajinomotto cover and cook for 2 -3min. Garnish with spring onion. If you use chicken stocks instead of plain water it taste good.
