Cheesy spaghetti delight

Method
  1. Dissolve 1/2 tsp of salt in 2 and 1/2 lts of water.
  2. Bring it to boil.
  3. Add a few drops of cooking oil.
  4. Break spaghetti into halves and gradually immerse them into boiling water and continue to cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
  6. Rinse well in fresh cold water under tap and keep it aside.
  7. Heat oil and butter together in a pan.
  8. Add cumin seeds and fry well.
  9. Add sliced onions and cook till it is transparent and slightly pink in colour.
  10. Add capsicum and cabbage; mix well and fry well.
  11. When they are half cooked, add salt and milk to it and cook till milk evaporates
  12. Now add grated cheese, mix well. Fry for 5-8 minutes.
  13. Add boiled spaghetti, mix well.
  14. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  15. Remove from fire and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

Ingredients:
250g - spaghetti
1/4 cup - cheddar cheese
2 - capsicums (finely chopped)
4 - onions (thinly sliced)
2 - carrots (peeled and grated)
1/2 cup - cabbage (finelly chopped)
1 - green chilles
4 - tomatoes (blanched and made into puree)
1/4 tsp - ginger-garlic-green chillies paste
1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
1/2 cup - milk
4 tsp - lemon juice
Oil for cooking
1 tsp - butter
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves, finely chopped (for garnishing)
