Chocolate cake

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Sift maida, cocoa powder, soda, baking powder. Keep aside.
  3. Beat sugar and condensed milk till fluffy. Add oil. Beat well.
  4. Add milk and essence. Add maida mixture.
  5. Beat well for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light.
  6. Now add the crushed walnuts.
  7. Grease a 8 to 9 inch baking tin.
  8. Pour the batter into a preheated baking tin and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool. Transfer to a serving platter and relish with vanilla ice cream..
Ingredients:
1/2 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
i tsp - baking powder
1/2 cup (75 gm) oil
4 tbsp powdered sugar
100 gm (1 cup) maida
1/4 cup cocoa powder
8-9 walnuts (crushed)
