Method
- Follow the directions on the back of pasta packet and cook.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped veggies one after another until they are almost cooked but slightly crunchy.
- Add chilli powder, salt and chole masala.
- Add cooked pasta and toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
