Method
  1. Slit the rasagullas into two.
  2. Spread the cream, sprinkle powdered sugar, essence, pista and rose water on one slice and cover with the other to make a sandwich.
  3. Chill before serving.
Ingredients:
6 triangle-shaped big rasagullas
1 cup malai from top of the milk, chilled
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp saffron soaked in milk

For decoration:
1 tbsp chopped pista
A few drops of rose essence
