Method
  1. Cook the masoor till tender.
  2. Boil potatoes and mash them when hot.
  3. Mix the masoor, mashed potatoes, green chilly paste, ginger, garlic, salt, bread crumbs, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and fresh finely chopped coriander together and give them a tikki shape.
  4. Dust them into little breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve with pudina chutney or tom
Ingredients:
1 cup masoor (whole)
4 medium size potatoes
2 tsp green chillies (coarsely crushed)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
4-5 tsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Fresh chopped coriander
