Pineapple Toffee

Method
  1. Take the fruit pulp in a pan and add sugar and glucose to it and stir well for 10 min.
  2. It would slightly thicken, now add condensed milk and ghee to it along with essence and food color.
  3. Keep mixing until the contents become really thik and do not stick to the pan.
  4. Now take the pan off the flame and allow the contents to come to room temperature.
  5. Finally make desired shapes out of it and wrap it as you like.
  6. Pineapple toffee is ready to eat.

2 cups - pineapple fruit pulp
1 cup - sugar
3 tbsp - glucose
3 tbsp - condensed milk
1 tbsp - ghee
Pineapple essence, a pinch
Food color yellow
