Usha`s interests range from writing, music, art, embroidery to crocheting. She believes that cooking is an expression of creativity and loves to experiment with foods from around the world including Indian and international cuisines. Her penchant for creating new recipes led her to start her blog Veg Inspirations with a view to sharing these tried and tested vegetarian recipes. She believes that healthy food need not be bland and uninteresting but can be tasty and healthy.
