Method
Rub oil on the inside of a pie dish and cover with crumbs.
Knead potatoes into a dough with a little oil and salt.
Add ½ of ginger, chillies, cheese, coriander leaves and pepper.
Divide into 2 balls.
Roll out one ball and cover the bottom of the pie dish.
Mix peas with remaining ingredients leaving a little cheese and mix with beaten egg.
Put into the potato case.
Cover with remaining potato mixture.
Brush with egg and top with cheese.
Bake in a medium oven till done.
Slice and serve warm.

Ingredients:
8 potatoes, boiled, peeled
1 cup cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp. ginger, shredded
2 green chillies, minced
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
