Chapli Kabab

  1. Wash, drain well and mince meat; keep aside.
  2. Grind together garlic, green chillies, coriander and apply it to the minced meat and keep it marinated for 1 hr.
  3. After an hour mix in onion cubes and divide the mixture into small balls and flatten the balls using your palm and fingers. Keep aside.
  4. Beat egg in a separate bowl and dip your kababs.
  5. Shallow fry those kababs in hot oil till golden brown by turning it on either side so as to get even look.
  6. After it is done, remove it from the pan and put it on absorbent tissue so as to get rid of excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney.
1/2 kg - minced mutton
3-5 pods - garlic
1 bunch - coriander
3-4 - green chillies
2 - medium-sized onions, cut into small cubes
1 tsp - garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 - egg, optional
1 cup - oil
