Method
Wash chicken and keep aside.
Heat oil in a non stick kadai, add the onions, when they turn brown add the
tomatoes and the ginger garlic paste.
When tomatoes are cooked, add the chicken, pepper powder, salt, cook for sometime ( 5-7 min).
Add the green chillies and cook till it turns tender.
It could be cooked dry/ semi dry.
Goes very well with roti / plain rice / kushka rice.

1/2 kg - Chicken cut into small pieces
4 nos - Onion cut length wise
3 nos - tomatoes cut
4 nos - Green chillies cut lengthwise
1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil to saute
