Crackling corn

Method
  1. Make a batter with egg, cornflour, salt, pepper, garlic paste and red chilli paste.
  2. Add the corn into the batter so that each kernel is coated properly.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the corn over slow heat.
  4. Stir so that the corn does not stick to each other. Keep aside.
  5. Heat some sesame oil in a wok and add the chopped green chillies, chopped onions and stir fry.
  6. Add salt, ajinomotto and soya sauce.
  7. Now toss the deep fried corn into this as soon as possible.
  8. Serve immediately to avoid sogginess of the corn.
Ingredients:
200 gms. shelled corn kernels
1 egg
50 gms. corn flour
20 gms. garlic paste
2 gms. ajinomotto
50 gms. onions, chopped
10 gms. green chillies, chopped
10 gms. spring onion, chopped
3 ml. soya sauce
Salt to taste
5 gms. pepper
5 gms. red chilli paste
10 ml. sesame oil
Refined oil for frying
