Chicken Afghani

Method
  1. Clean the chicken and cut into medium size pieces.
  2. Grind the onion, ginger and garlic to a paste.
  3. Mix this paste, garam masala, pepper powder, salt, lemon, mint leaves and coriander leaves, butter and cream.
  4. Marinate the mixture for 20 minutes,
  5. Then put it in a pressure cooker.
  6. Add about 50 ml water and put whistle and keep on fast gas and once the steam is formed slow down the gas.
  7. Do not let steam come out.
  8. Cook for about seven minutes and chicken is ready.
  9. Serve the chicken with chapattis or rice.
  10. This is children`s favorite and loved by the old also.
Ingredients:
750 gms - chicken
200 gms - onions
10 flakes - garlic
1 inch - ginger
½ tsp - black pepper powder
Garam masala (cinnamon, clove, cardamom, cummin, pepper in equal quantities)
Spoonful of butter
100 gms milk cream
1 big - lime
1 bunch mint leaves
1 bunch coriander leaves
Salt to taste
