Chicken corn stuffed sandwich

Method
  1. Boil boneless chicken for 15 minutes till it becomes soft.
  2. Mash it with the help of a spatula.
  3. Keep it aside.
  4. Boil corn in a container till it becomes soft enough.
  5. Heat oil in a container and dash the vegetables (onions, tomatoes, capsicum) into it.
  6. Add crushed garlic and chopped green chillies to it.
  7. Add salt and boiled corn to it.
  8. Allow the mixture to cool down.
  9. Take bread and put the chicken stuffings in it.
  10. Sprinkle oregano powder on it for the ultimate flavor.
  11. Cover it with another bread slice.
  12. Prepare stuffed bread like this and bake it in a sandwich maker for 5 minutes.
  13. You may use a brush to apply oil on both sides.

Bread
300g - chicken
1 - onion, big sized chopped into smaller pieces
1 - tomato, big sized chopped into smaller pieces
1 - capsicum, medium sized chopped into smaller pieces
1 - boiled corn
1 clove - garlic, crushed
1 tsp - dried oregano powder
2-3 - green chillies
Salt as per taste
