Mix Milk, sugar , essence and eggs and beat well till sugar dissolves.
Dissolve custard powder in 4 tbs milk ( to avoid lumps formation) and pour in to the above preparation
Take a pudding mould and place 3 tbs sugar
Sprinkle 2 tbs water over it place the pudding mould on low flame till sugar melts and turns to rich brown color
Pour the milk custard preparation in to this pudding mould
Pour 2 1/2glasses water in the cooker and place the pudding mould in it
keep the cooker lid do not keep the whistle let it be on fire for 20 to 25 min.
Let it cool for some time and then place it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
1 Glass Milk
1/2 Glass beaten eggs
1/2 Glass Sugar
2 tbs Custard powder
1tbs Vanilla essence
