Method-
Boil the chicken fillet in water with a bit of salt and half tsp chilli flakes.
- Chicken cooks fast.
- It will take just about 5 minutes.
- Do not throw away the chicken stock left after boiling.
- Shred the chicken with your hands or with a fork and knife.
- Beat 2 eggs, a bit of salt and a bit of chilli flakes.
- You can add a tbsp of milk (optional).
- Scramble in 2 tsps of oil in a hot pan and set aside.
- In a pan, take another 2 tbsp of oil, add the shredded chicken and scrambled eggs and saute just for a minute.
- Add the cooked rice, half a tsp of salt, a dab of chilli flakes again and mix well.
- Add some of the chicken stock left over after boiling the chicken and mix well.
- Enjoy an easy, scrumptious, healthy meal.

1 cup - cooked rice
2 - eggs
2 pieces - chicken fillet
3/4 cup - water
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes
1 tbsp - milk
2 tbsp - oil
