Kaccha keema ke kabab (Mince meat kebab)

Method
  1. Wash mince meat, drain.
  2. Grind shallow-fried onion and add to mince meat, add green chilli-coriander paste.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Marinate for 1-2 hours and shape into mutthi.
  5. Deep fry on medium flame.
  6. Serve with salad and chutney as a starter.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - mince meat
2 - onion
2 tbsp - green chilli-coriander leaves paste
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
1 tbsp - red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - coriander powder
