Pepper liver fry

  1. Mix ingredients 1 to 9 and pressure cook for about 15-20 minutes or till the liver is done (add very little water and if there is excess water, open and cook till the water evaporates completely.
  2. In a wok, heat some oil and fry the liver.
  3. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - liver (cut into cubes)
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp - pepper powder
1 - onion chopped
1 - tomato, chopped
2-3 - green chillies, slit
1 tbsp - coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
1 tsp - lemon juice
1/2 cup - coriander leaves
