Garlic Prawns

Method
  1. Shell prawns, leaving tail intact, remove back vein.
  2. Put � cup oil into 6 individual fireproof dishes, add 30 gms. butter to each dish.
  3. Crush 2 cloves of garlic into each dish.
  4. Seed and finely chop chillies, divide evenly among dishes.
  5. Put dishes on barbeque, heat until butter has melted and oil is very hot.
  6. Divide prawns between dishes, heat until prawns are cooked.
  7. Serve immediately, sprinkle with parsley.

Serves: 6.

1.5 kg - king prawns
3 cups - oil
180 g - butter
12 cloves - garlic
3 - small chillies
1 tbsp - chopped parsley
