Method
  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Chop the coriander, parsley and onions.
  3. Add the spices and salt to the meat and mince until you get a soft and pasty mixture.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and pat them into sausage shape around skewers and grill on strong heat until the meat is cooked and browned all over.
  5. Serve with kaboos (Arabic bread)
Ingredients:
1 kg - meat
1/2 bunch - parsley
5 g - ground black pepper
1/2 bunch - coriander
5 g - cumin
5 - medium onions
salt
