For the Marinade:
5 - spring onions, finely chopped
100 g - peanuts
4 clove - garlic
3 tbsp - brown sugar
5 to 6 - hot green chillies, finely chopped
2 - lemons juice
90 ml - soya sauce
3/4 tbsp - freshly ground coriander
2 3/4 tbsp - finely chopped ginger
