Method
  1. Mix the oil and the spices in a dish and MICROWAVE at 850W for 3 minutes.
  2. Add sliced onions to the spices and cook in the CRISP mode for 10 minutes, till the onions turn dark golden to deep brown.
  3. Mix onions well, along with the garlic and ginger paste and keep in MICROWAVE at 850W for 1 minute.
  4. Stir the spices into the dish, mix well and MICROWAVE at 750W for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the mince along with the water, chillies and salt and MICROWAVE at 750W for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir the mince at least twice during the 10 minutes to ensure that no lumps are formed.
Ingredients:
Ghee or oil - 3 tbsp.
Cinnamon stick - 1" piece
Mace flower - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Cloves - 5-6
Bay leaves - 2
Onions, sliced - 2 medium
Garlic paste - 3 tsp.
Ginger paste - 1� tsp.
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
Cumin powder - 1� tsp.
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp.
Coriander powder - 1 tsp.
Minced meat - 500 gms
Water - 1� cup
Green chillies - 3
Salt - 1� tsp.
