Method
  1. Place meat, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce in a covered 2-litre casserole dish.
  2. Cook on MEDIUM for 6 to 8 mins.
  3. Blend flour with tomato paste and sour cream, add to meat and mushrooms and heat uncovered on MEDIUM for 3 to 4 mins.
  4. Stir and serve with chopped shallots.

Tip: Keep the strips uniform in size and shape, so that they will cook evenly.
