Method
  1. Heat oil and add Beef,onions and all above ingredents and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. When the water of onions and beef dries stirr it until the oil comes out.
  3. Serve it with rice or chapatis.
Ingredients:
beef - 1 kg
onions - 5 chopped thick
black pepper - 5
long - 5
cinamman - 2 sticks
black cardimon - 2
haldi - 1 pinch
dry red chillies - 7
dry dhaniya - 1 tsp not too much in a powder form lightly grated
salt - as you wish
