Method
  1. Mix the first five ingredients and shape it into 4 patties of about 1" thick.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter with the oil and mustard in it for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the patties and cook for six minutes.
  4. Remove the patties to a warm platter.
  5. Heat the mix of the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and stir for 30 seconds.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley and the remaining butter.
  7. Pour sauce over patties and serve.
