Mexican Chilli

Method

  1. Saute the onions,till nice and brown.

  2. Add the garlic and tomatoes.

  3. Once the tomatoes are liquidified, add the sausages and fry well.

  4. Add the mince and salt to taste and cook.

  5. Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame. Tips :

    • The longer you simmer it the better it tastes!

    • And it is even better the day after you make it.

    • You can add a soup cube for additional flavour if you like.

Ingredients:

1 kg Beef (boneless and preferably lean meat)
6 large regular onions
3 tomato
1 Garlic
3 medium sized potatoes
6 really large spicy green chillies (or to taste)
4 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste(or to taste)
