Cut the chicken breasts in thin square pieces. Marinate in Soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto, chilli sauce and pepper (ground coarsely) overnight.
Next day, roll the pieces in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown. Drain oil on tissue paper.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or raw green salad. Easy right ?
5-6 pieces of boneless chicken breasts
4 tbsp. of black soya sauce
2 tbsp. of Ajinomoto (monosodium glutamate)
2 tsp. of salt
3 tbsp. of pepper
Dash of chilli sauce
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
