Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut sauce and peanut butter.
  3. Spread over the pizza crust.
  4. Arrange strips of chicken on top.
  5. Sprinkle on the green onions and cheese.
  6. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Top with bean sprouts, carrot shreds and peanuts, if using.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve.
Ingredients:
1(12 inch) - pre baked pizza crust
250 gms - jar peanut sauce
1/4 cup - peanut butter
250 gms - cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 cup - shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bunch - green onions, chopped
1/2 cup - fresh bean sprouts
1/2 cup - shredded carrot
1 tbsp - chopped roasted peanuts
