Clean the fish very well.
Boil the fish & make it boneless for making kimma
Put oil in a pan, add slice onion & saute till colour change
Add boiled fish, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, grated green chilli (as per your taste), coriander leaves, sugar--- fry it in a low flame till tender. Keep it cool. Now fish kimma is ready for stuffing.
Take a slice bread & soak it in normal water & takeout quickly for giving easy shape
Stuff fish kimma into bread, press the bread in your two hands & give a shape (oveal ,round)
Now heat oil in a kadai & fry the breadroll till golden brown.
Seve hot with Chutney & Salad.
